Bought headlights from a TW member that are damaged. What would you do?

Does anyone remember a couple years ago a member scammed another guy on here. (I believe he didn’t send him anything)
So the mods warned him, still no response even though he was active on the site.
The mods released his info to the whole forum. AND THE TW ARMY FOUND THE GUY!!
They were posting FB links to the kids mom and everything.
