Very trouble-free for six years but now A/C glitch needs some help. Generally pleased with reliability. Located in Marietta, GA. Hope the forum can provide the solution.

It would probably help if you described your issue. AC glitch doesn't give us much to go on for helping you.

I appreciate the few responses I’ve received since signing up but having difficulty in sending replies. Guess I need to find a tutorial to learn a few basics. Please be patient with this old duffer.

My objective is to obtain a wiring diagram or troubleshoot guide to check out the automatic fan speed that up until two days ago worked fine as the temp closed in on the set temperature the fan speed reduced to a moderate level to hold temp perfectly. Everything actually functions as I can manually adjust fan speed but the auto feature was very convenient. Hope the problem is simple with a reset and not a failure of some ECU. Thanks for any tips.

Ahhhh. By chance do you have clutter on the floor in the passenger foot well? Mine will act up on auto heat and roast me out when it’s set to 71 if I my jacket and snow pants are in the footwell.

To all who responded to my original post, thank you for replying and offering suggestions to resolve my issue with my 2016 Tacoma air conditioning. Lo and behold, the system seems to work as it should after disconnecting the battery for about 90 minutes. Maybe those electrons just needed a complete power-off to rejuvenate. I’ll keep an eye on it. Wish all fixes were so easy.
