I'm running 3 inches of up travel and 9 inches down. It's worked pretty good for me so far. I have zero clearance issues which makes things nice

Most CO suspension usually run at least 4-6" up travel and 12-10" downtravel. But most are 16" CO's since they are stupidly expensive mid as well go big or go home.

What size CO's are you using?

I'd say 4" up travel will be perfect.

I ended up going with the FROR cross member. It seems well built and fit pretty well. I raised the rear of the transfer case as much as I could so the top of the cross member hit the floor pan. I used a hammer pry bar and a long punch to clearance around it. I had to cut my exhaust hanger out of the way to install it so I welded part of the bracket to the cross member so I would have a support in that area. The only problem I had was the ds mount was about a half inch too short so I made a new one.

A few pics of how the pinch weld looks under all the plastic.

Bye bye flares. Needed more room. Still haven't trimmed the rear yet.

End result 38x15.5r15's fit... more or less. I think I cut a little more than I needed to on the fenders but the flares made such a nice guide.... I though I had a few pics after I cut the fenders but, I guess I did that after the camera died. I'll get some more later. Now I'm trying to find brake and ps lines.

Looks good Dtm. Is that at full stuff?

Also it looks as if you placed the shock tower bracket way far back towards the firewall, It looks to me like there is quite an angle on that shock. You should of angled it so you aren't using the misalignment heims as much... But too late now.

The shock is where all pro said to put it. I don't like the way the junk they sent me works the lowers are too far out on the axle and it limits tire size. Too late now. As far as whether its at full stuff or not, I'm not sure I didn't check it with the shock in place but it should be close.

I am loving the bigger pictures too man!! Much better!

You could always cut down the links to make the front in closer to the firewall. Though, that would potentially lessen suspension travel/binding. I cannot believe that they have the shock tower instructed to put back so far, yet the axle is completely pushed the other direction.

I have some adjustment on the links when I have it alligned I'm going to pull the axle back about an inch or so.

You ever get your brake lines and ps lines? I recommended a company in the other thread.

I found a local company that will make the steering lines. For the brakes I'm off tomorrow and I'm going to cut my hard lines and put standard fittings on the ends away from the master cylinder. Then I'll l just have to buy the actual lines for the front that go on the calipers. The axels have standard fittings on them. I also have to plumb aproportioning valve into one. of the .

Got all my brake parts in finally. Going next tues or wed to get my ps lines made then I will be more or less done...sort of. Tires and wheels should be here either this week or next. I bought a supercharger for it but I'm going to run it for a couple of weeks before I start on that. Still gotta go pick up some plate for the belly pan. It's getting close to being useable though.

Waiting on one -3an tee fitting to finish my brakes. Wheels are sitting under the kitchen table. Supercharger in the living room floor. Tires shipped yesterday. It's getting close to being driveable. Still gotta figure out how to get my e-brake tied in,skids, mount and wire up winch solenoid,.....I'm never going to finish this thing.
