I filled it with sugar and was able to make a decent coil, but when I was installing it i needed just a little more on one bend....kinked on me.

I made a little manifold with heat sinks to help cool the air. I put three 1/4 npt outlets one for an improvised water trap, one going to the air tank and quick connect in the bed and one for a quick connect I'm going to put in the front bumper. I also put two 1/8 npt outlets one for the gauge I'm going to put in the cab and one for the front air locker.

Worked out ok, I don't know if the cheap gauge I had laying in my tool box is bad or if the pressure switch in the compressor is bad. Either way I turned it off when it hit 175 psi on the gauge. The tank is only rated for 125 psi lines are rared at 165 psi. I don't have a problem running the system at 150 that's where the compressor should shut off. Going to plumb in a good gauge in the cab then I'll know for sure.

No just a maintenance hand. I do a fair amount of machining though.

Everything seems mostly ok. About 24 hours later I only lost 40psi. Not too bad I'll get out there with a squirt bottle of dawn soap and water later.

Damn. I was complaining about losing 5 psi in 24 hrs. You've got a some work to do. Dope and teflon tape FTW.

Custom body work/damage ARB rear locker Bumpers Shocks Other parts Tires and Rims Air tank fully plumbed into truck "Golf ball mod"
I would be very carefull running air lockers at 150 psi. I think the arb switch is set at 90. That is a very sweet manifold!

One more thing, arb uses a goofy british national pipe thread for their solonoids. Which I have found to be a pain to find adapters for.

Last thing I am curious to see how you plumb in the air guage in the cab, I have been wanting to do the same. :)

Yeah definitely run a split manifold, full pressure one side and regulated pressure for the lockers.

    2011-12-27214936_56be076162794b9678d2432c99229f5079ebc2f0.jpg

Not a good picture but you can see my pressure switch and line to the tank are pre-regulator, then after the regulator are my arb solenoids. I am looking for a pic, but I used a dual digital air pressure gauge, one sending unit in each part of the manifold and then its just wires into the cab.

1/8" BSP will thread and seal fine in an 1.8" NPT fitting with some teflon tape.

I'm going to use a yukon locker in the front. I will probably put a small regulator in line to the locker and let everything else air at 150psi.

Yeah, you do want to check the pressure for the locker and make sure it is regulated down.

No I have to get it back to my friends shop to move my panhard mount (my tie rod hits it) and finish my steering.
