This is where I am on it now. Not too much more to go. I think I am going to be off weekend after next if so I'll most likely finish the big stuff then I can bring it home and do the brakes, steering lines and all the other little crap That takes 5000 trips to the parts store.

I've been following your build, and I'm wanting to go the link setup vs. leafs but damn all the troubles you run into are scaring me away!! I hear Trailgear has cheaper made products and are made more for total offroading than a link setup. So this link setup is more work and fab than a leaf sprung would be you think dtmccray? I figured a leaf sprung would ride like shit on highway so I wanted link setup but damn thats alot of work!!

Yeah I didn't think I would have this many problems. Their kit should be a you can probably make it work kit not a it's made for an 01 tacoma kit.

leafs are easier. I had several leaf sprung toyotas and they rode ok on the road. One thing about the all pro kit is you have to cut out your crossmember and you are on your own as far as making one that will work with the links. I talked to a guy with trailgear and they were supposed to be building a link kit that worked around the crossmember.

Started a razzi account if you want to see more pics. The name on it is dtmccray. A lot of them are from my phone so they are small. Not sure if I posted the link right if not just search me on razzi.http://razzi.me/dtmccray/photos

Got back up there and did a little more on the truck last weekend. I remade the upper link mount...stuck it in the chop saw and cut about an inch an a quarter off of it. It clears the panhard and oil pan better now.

Had to move my lower shock mounts, the shock was binding at full droop. Moved it about 3/32 back and angled it a few degrees now it cycles without binding.

A few pics of us cycling the front to check clearance. The last two are sitting flat on the floor. Only have about 4 inches of up travel with it set where it is but that's with the least amount of lift you can set it at. How much up travel do you other sas guys run? Right now my frame is at about 22 inches but that's with 31's....

Here is a few pics of the underside of the truck if anyone wants a reference pic to see how everything is laid out under there. How you like that high tech ratchet strap crossmember? I ordered one from FROR today,I was going to fab one myself but screw it I'm ready for this thing to be done. Oh yeah and a big freaking rock balanced on top of two more.
