Like crap I haven't done anything to it lately. Still got the death wobble thing going on. Maybe I'll get back to it sometime in the next week or two.

Try playing around with the caster more, anywhere between 4-7* of positive caster could be the sweet spot.

I have the caster set at 5.5 and 6 degrees now. I think my biggest problem is the 135lb bias ply/beadlock combo that isn't balanced.

I guess that could be the problem then. You could bead balance them or maybe add an antifreeze mixture through the valve stem if you don't want to unseat the bead.

Perposterous! Don't you know that nothing is Pirate worthy? If not, they will even tell you so...:D

OP, that truck looks well done and I'm jealous. Like the fact that it is clean and "stock" looking.

Thanks for the compliments. I originally planned on using beads, but when my stuff got here I just kinda got all excited to get them mounted and didn't put any beds in it. I have a psc hydro assist set up sitting in my floor waiting to go in.Then I have to fine tune my links. That should stop the wobble, but I'm going to take them and have them balanced...at least as well as they can be. Then I will be able to drive it regularly at speeds above 30 mph.

It's been a while since I did anything to my truck so today I fixed my air leak and installed an in cab air gauge.

First thing was to get the line into the cab. There is a small gap on the side of the drivers side dash you can get a small line through. I used a 1/16 line since it was just going to a gauge.I used a piece of .030 welding wire twisted back on itself to pull the line through.[IMG]
Here is where it came through the bottom of the dash.[IMG] After that push the hose through the loop and tape it to the wire. After that just pull it through.[IMG] I ran the hose up the A pillar and tucked it behind the head liner over to the rear view mirror mount.[IMG]

Next remove the plastic cover and drill a hole as shown. It has to be slightly larger or the same size as the threads on the rear of the gauge.[IMG] Next cut the piece of metal in the center of the mount being careful not to cut the wire behind it.[IMG] I used a small piece of aluminum as a nut to hold the gauge in place.Just drill a hole and run a 1/8 pipe tap into it. Pipe taps are tapered if you run it all the way into a thin piece of metal you can use it as a nut.[IMG] The gauge I used has 1/8 pipe thread on the outside and #10 ( I think) threads on the inside of it. I screwed a push connect fitting into the center for my air supply.[IMG]
