Bought the wrong transfer case, curious solution

04 double cab TRD 3.4

So I've been trying to slowly acquire some parts for a 4x4 conversion on my 04 TRD. I managed to score a front diff with matching gears for 120, and I managed to also score a tcase for 120. Problem is I jumped the gun on the tcase and didn't research beyond asking the guy if it was a j shift.

Apparently it came off a 92 manual 4runner. Is there any way I can swap the input shaft to one for a V6 auto? If not would anyone in Southern California happen to have the correct tcase I need who happens the one I have?
