Bought used 2016 OR rims, came with little blue plastic rings?

    Wondering what they are and do I need them on my 2015?
    they appear to snap/fit into the center hub bore but Ive never seen them before?

    I figured it was some 3rd gen thing since thats what the OEM wheels I bought were on..

    wheel spacers or hub centric rings come to mind, but on factory wheels sounds odd...

    He did buy aftermarket rims - Maybe he was supposed to use them on his new ones and the tire shop didnt??

    I basically got a box with them and the lugs in it...
