I believe the Taco is 65 or 66 WMS to WMS

I'd expect most full sizes are somewhere around 70

OME 883 front, OMD 3.5" rear, Relentless front bumper, smittybilt 9.5K winch
so with a standard LT kit 3.5 over each side, the taco would be ~2 inches wider.

So about the same as a full size with wider tires and wheels, I'm kinda leanin towards the 2", hope I don't regret it and wish I'd have picked up the lt lol.

Picked up some parts today, my fuse box came in (12 pin blue sea), grabbed a lil 2.5 gallon tank for cheap, and some extra D-rings to fab onto the ARB bumper.

Got the idea for the fuse setup from a different build thread (mcgrimm I think it was). Should make wiring all the lights, air and other junk a lot easier/cleaner.

I'm not sure if you can leave the overload leafs in or not. But the land cruisers in Africa have sua and they can carry a crap load of weight.

Jberry would know, he does a mix of everything with his SUA LT expo-esque rig.

With sua you would either have to make extremely heavy duty leafs which would kill ride quality like the Africa vehicles (they ride like bricks)
    Or have soa with overloads.
I havent seen too many sua expos.
I'll pm Jberry and get his expertise.

Ok, now that I'm not in an inebriated state, some comments inline.

WMS-WMS is 60" on a first gen and 65" on a second gen.
Food for thought however, a first gen Tundra (full size truck) is 66" WMS-WMS.

Nothing wrong with a +2" kit at all. Allows you to take advantage of LT and allow you to take on narrower crawling trails. The +3.5" kits on a second gen is WIDE.

Not entirely true. You can get SUA leaf packs build to whatever spec you want. You can call Deaver and tell them what length spring pack you want and what kind of load you are planning on running and they will build to suite. I'll say an off the shelf Deaver f67 is most definitely not the optimal spring pack for carrying heavy loads. The All-Pro/Engage 50T is much more suited for that. No matter what spring pack you run, they are all a highly progressive rate spring packs so there's no need for an overload leaf. You see overload leafs in thin spring packs (3-4 leafs). SUA packs have between 9-11 leafs.

Stupid question, what about all pro expo leafs?? They seem to have enough travel. What are the benefits between soa sua?

Expo's are a many multi leaf pack like SUA packs, but designed for SOA. I'm actually a big fan of the AP leaf packs, both SUA and SOA. The expo pack is a great leaf pack if you are staying mid travel/SOA.
SUA packs are considerably longer and gives you a shitton of uptravel.

Go out and stare at the suspension of your truck. Pretend you don't have shocks. With the leafs on the top of the axle, the leafs will go flat way before they would go if the springs were on the bottom of the axle. You've got 3-4" of spring pack and 3" of axle. So that's an extra 6-7" of uptravel before the leafs are maxed out.

Then close your eyes and picture droop. I'm guessing the leaf pack is around 50-55"? LT packs are generally 62-64 inches. In addition I'm running a 12" shackle mounted above the frame instead of a 3" shackle below the frame.

When dealing with leafs, the term "Long Travel" is generally defined as SUA. I'd encourage you to read through the stickies in the LT section if you want to know more.
