I replaced my front brakes and rotors yesterday, after the install we bled the front brakes and the pedal still had a bit of play. I drove home and realized it's not right so i just took it easy. I assume we have to bleed the backs as well? First brake replacement i've had to do on a toyota so i'm not sure

YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BLEED YOUR BRAKES FROM JUST REPLACING PADS AND ROTORS.....
IF YOU REPLACED THE CALIPERS THEN YES

If you pulled the calipers you most likely have air in the system now. Time for a full system bleed.

    OK THEN YES BLEED THEM
START FROM THE FURTHEST POINT "REAR" THEN TO THE 2 FRONT ONES.....
JUST MAKE SURE YOU KEEP AN EYE OUT OF THE FLUID LEVEL
DO NOT LET IT DROP BELOW MIN...OR YOU WILL BE FLAT BEDDING IT TO A DEALERSHIP.......
