Been having this issue on my driver side brake caliper/rotor and have taken the thing apart countless times to try and solve the issue. There wilwood calipers and rotors and the rotors are about a year old. Pads are about two and a half years old but have some life left in them, although they seem like they are tapered and havnt warn evenly. Heres a video of what noise I an experiencing, much louder in person, video is kinda quiet but you can hear it towards the end when the brakes are being applied only, doesn't do it while braking in reverse. Any idea?

Is the wire that holds the pads in scratching against the rotor or hub?

Nope there not rubbing anything, but they are the originals so im thinking they would be worn out but I didnt think it would cause this noise.

Naw, that's not a part you replace unless it falls out. Even then, it isn't necessary. You sure the noise comes from the caliper?

Ya I thought those things last forever. But ya 100% its from the caliper or the rotor, I just did hubs like 3 months ago so i dont think its those. At this point im out of ideas. Feels like a warped rotor while braking on the freeway because i get vibration in the pedal but I dont know how they would warp so fast. The pads dont look worn evenly so I thought about throwing some new pads on and see if that helps.

One 'part' I would throw at it, is an OEM caliper.

When working with disc and drum brakes I would use only Genuine Toyota parts.

I can't understand why somebody would install aftermarket crap in place of safety components.

Pads can cause pulsing in the brake pedal as well. Especially if, as you stated, they are worn unevenly. Rotors are cheap enough that I never have them turned anymore. I just do new rotors when I do new brake pads, and vice versa.

Its a Camburg Kit with 4 piston and the rear is now disk brakes....... theres no Cvs or anything like that just wheel hubs that were just replaced. If anything this is better than OEM besides no ABS, never had an issue until now. Stock is wack

Well the rotors are pretty new, might try some pads first and see if that does it. Rotors will be next if the issue isnt solved.

    One cannot overdo the double-down.
