Has anyone ever had the brake line bolt (the bolt that fluid actually flows through)on a front caliper work loose? This has happened to me twice now, causing a leak and pedal fade.:( Thoughts on what causes this and what I can do to prevent it from happening again.
    Thanks

The "Banjo" bolt".....You may want to use some Blue Locktight on it.
