Quick note. Had alignment checked several times, spot on. Truck always wants to go slightly left on its own. All suspension components in good order.

    It concerned me.

Changed front rotors and pads, drivers side worn out, passenger side still had 5 to 10,000 left on the pads (not much, but still viable). The inner pad on drivers side wore out completely the outer pad had same wear as the passenger side.

    I had a hunch.

I decided to change BOTH Calipers.

No more drifting to the left, no slight pull when braking.

    YMMV...

    All stock, baby!
Very good insight there. Yeah, the inconsistent pad wear is a good tell. Glad you figured it out, and also that you shared; it will definitely help someone else out.

I’m guessing it wasn’t the entire caliper, but a piston not retracting well. You can rebuild a caliper as well, or easiest is buying a remanufactured one from Napa and then taking back yours for the core deposit.

Just be careful with rebuilt / remanufactured calipers. A lot depends on the core they start with, the parts they install and the remanufacturing process they use. Some are pretty good. Some are outright junk. I rebuild my own using OEM Toyota parts.

Spot on. Further examination indicated one end of the pad wore out faster than the other end, definitely a piston hanging causing the weird wear...
