Just bought 2013 tacoma w/tow pkg. Have removed sill, side kick panel, and foot rest. Page 234 of owner's manual shows connector location under dash and adjacent to OBDII connector. I cannot locate the connector. Help please.

Mine was tucked up above and slightly behind the harness in the same area that your looking at. Mine is a 2011 not sure if its in the same exact location
