Hi all and apologize if i missed a thread. And also would be nice for some new posts. My brake pedal is super stiff on first press, goes down about a half inch and then starts biting. Its all stock and dosent feel great. Anybody come up with a good (i guess easy and somewhat cheap?) combo to improve the feel? Im thinking the tr4 upgrade is probably the best? Looked into the rear disc conversion but i dont tow or really tax the rears so probably not necessary. Thanks in advance!

Hey there welcome to TW. You’ll probably get a better response posting this in the second gen forum.
