Have you adjusted your parking brake? It might be dragging

Have you check the fluid level in the brake master?

The light is a dual function warning. Low fluid or ebrake on.

ebrake on can be 'really' on, as in you didn't release it, or just that the switch is stuck/dirty and it 'thinks' it's on, but it's not.

The indicator lamp has no clue if the brake is actually engaged or not. It's switch controlled based on the position of the actuating arm.

Windows down squeaking at 30 may, or may not, have something to do with the brake light. Fix that first, then pursue the noise.

I would add, the 'windows down at 30 squeak' could be from worn out front brake pads. The front pads have a wear marker that is a noise maker that rubs the disc rotor when the brake pads wear down. Ironically, low fluid level in the reservoir could be from worn out front pads also. In fact, that is primarily why Toyota setup the brake light to come on, yet another way of letting you know your front pads are worn down since you are ignoring the noise maker warning.

Don't just add fluid to the reservoir so the light goes out. Replace your front brake pads so the fluid level goes back up so the light goes out.
