    Checked bulbs.
Checked Fuses in engine compartment and drivers side.
Scan tool turns the Brake switch off and on
    3rd brake light works.
    Reverse lights work
    All bulbs works.
    Hazards work.

im just replaced the clockspring. I don’t know when they stopped working.

I keep finding things to break.

Would help to know what year your truck is so we can look at the appropriate wiring diagrams.

If the 3rd brake light works, should be pretty simple to track down as it's all on the same circuit.

Check for power at Pin 4 (Blue) of the Rear Combination Lamp connector with the brake pedal depressed, if that's good then check the Ground on Pin 3 (White/Black).
If you have no power at the Combination Lamp connectors then backprobe connector 1D Pin 5 and Pin 13 (Blue) at the Driver's Junction Box with a small sewing needle or other suitable tool and see if they have power with the brake pedal depressed.

I didn’t realize the bulbs had 2 filaments. When I checked them I saw one filament.

So the incorrect bulbs were installed or they were both burnt out?
