brake or parking light problem

    hey guys for some weird reson my brake or parking lights stay on.... could it be the brake switch behind my brake pedal???? it has happen to me twich in this week.... and its only my two rear lights not the high light in back of the cab....

    LEER Shell with dome lights operated with 3 way switches, aux backup lights with relay and 3 position switch, modified wiring to compass/temp display and clock to include switch that disables dimming function (poor man's DRL solution), Scan Gauge 2
    If you press the brake pedal does your third brake light come on? Do the taillights get brighter (brake filaments)?

    If it really is your taillights staying on, my first thought is a stuck parking light relay. But your front parking lights should be on as well.
