I have recently getting a message on the HUD saying brake override malfunction. I have checked and replaced fuses along with checked and cleaned all 4 break sensors. Does anyone else have this issue and if so do you know what causes it or how to fix it.

No but The driver tail light was damaged overnight when I was parked. So could it be moisture in the lights?
