    seeing those brake components ill assume that the low pad wire rusted off a long time ago

    I actually made the mistake of using radar cruise control on the grapevine north of LA. At some point, the traffic came to a stop and I was barely able to stop the truck. Apparently the radar cruise was riding the brakes a good amount and I wasn't aware of it. Not to mention the constant high revving. Brakes haven't felt the same since. At this point I'm convinced I need to resurface my rotors. They should really put a light or something in the gauge cluster showing when the truck is braking when on radar cruise control so at least the driver is aware the truck is riding its brakes. My truck barely has 15k miles on it.

    That's my biggest complaint with the radar as well. It's my first vehicle with it. I just dont think it works well enough for the mountains we have here in CA.

    rotors dont "warp". it doesn't really matter, just get brembo blanks from tirerack and move on.

    last time i got brembo blanks they needed turning right out of the box. (if i didnt see it with my own eyes i wouldnt have believed it. Yes i was in the shop watching the machine turn it)
