The master cylinder and brake booster are around a hundred bucks each on Rockauto.

I have an arrow as an antenna...
I know this is an old post but I wanted to see if the issue was resolved by the OP? Did a new master cylinder fix the issue? I bought an 06 Tacoma and the dealership said they tried several times to bleed the brakes but there is still a bit of travel before the brakes finally start to grab. I inspected every line, every caliper, and piston, adjusted the shoes... but no luck, feels the same. I wanted an opinion before I do the last option of the MC or Booster. Not really sure how to tell if a booster is good...
