    Guys,
Wondering if this is normal to hear a spring click on the brake pedal when you press it all the way down. Any help is appreciated.

Im also feeling this but on light braking.
First push makes a spring poping feeling.

Not that I know of. But the shop foreman that fixed mine said he'll submit and make Toyota aware of the problem. It's kinda hard to see but when you look at the whole where the spring is attach to the brake pedal arm. You will see a catch or sliver on the brake pedal arm hole. Good Luck Man! hope you get this fix I know it's annoying for a brand new truck.
