Did you pinch off the soft line before taking off the caliper? Like usually when I go to swap I use a pair of vise grips to hold (most) of the fluid and pressure. Do you do something like this or let it bleed while you changed them out? Next question are you getting air when bleeding and how are you bleeding the lines? As in are you opening the bleeder and someone’s pressing the peddle while it’s open or you doing it alone?

I let it drip. When I bleed, I fill up a clear glass halfway, attach clear tube and have someone presss the brakes till I stop seeing bubbles in the glass with fluid.

I see you only worked on the rear. Did you get a little air in the front while refilling the master cylinder? Is your truck an Auto or manual?

Auto. And I don't think so no. Unless there is some special way to fill it up that I'm not aware of lol

Maybe check the fronts for air. If it got a little too low you may have air in them.

As long as that clear tube on the bleeder to the glass isn’t pulling any air you should be fine... honestly if you let it bleed open when you swapped them you probably have a good amount of air in the lines. Do you still see bubbles when bleeding after 6-7 good pumps? Should also close the bleeder every few pumps to build compression and release again.

But you have them pump the pedal until it builds pressure, then hold down the pedal, crack the screw, then tighten the screw, and repeat yeah? Do the passenger rear first, then driver. If you can't get it with that method a vacuum pump can help.

Pressure build up while bleeding is key. Agreed with cory

So they need to pump before I bleed?

Yes, pump until they get a hard pedal hold it down while you open bleeder. They tell u when pedal hits floor. While they hold it down you tighten bleeder. Repeat, repeat, repeat till no air.

So what you are telling me to do is have the person on the brake pump, pump, pump and build up the pressure, then I crack it, let it bleed, and do that again and again?

Yes. Need to do it at least 4 or 5 times each since the lines are so long.
