My brakes locked up like my parking brake was still on. Car would not move. Happened after I washed my car. Anyone else have this problem?

More like shoes seize to the drum and it happens in hot weather also. Solution is to drive the truck after washing to dry things out or just leave the parking brake off after washing until you drive it again.
