Banjo bolt modification I did. Used a drill bit and go straight and slow. Make sure all the metal shavings are out of bolt hole before use.

used two drill bits. if I remember right 1/4 inch about 1/8 inch depth and a 3/8 to just taper the outer edge.

According to that link, the kit is intended for a Tundra, not a Tacoma. It basically allows you to bolt on Sequoia rotors and calipers. Not sure if it will work on Tacomas. Hopefully, the parking brake cable is the only issue.

they do have the kit for Tacoma. Unfortunately it will not work for the 95-04 due to how the brake cable works.

the 05+ uses individual E-brake cables and will re-use the shoes for that function.

TRail gear makes a kit. I think low range sells the same kit as well.
I Believe it uses gm calipers.

Does anyone know if tundra brakes will bolt on the tacoma or what mods have to be done for it to work.

I'd hate to pay an import tax on stuff I can't use. Someone must have put tacoma brakes on the tundra.

Tundra front brakes will bolt on if you get the correct ones. Rears I don't think they will. But the make Tacoma rear disc brake kits. You lose parking brake though.

Are you talking about rears still or fronts? I think several of us have told you about swapping in front Tundra brakes. If you're still talking about rears, I'm not sure why you'd bother swapping to Tundra's, as they're still drums...

This is a very detailed outline of the front Tundra swap that will help you out. I used all Toyota OEM parts for a 2005 Tundra V8 4x4 and the swap was simple.
