Yea mine is weird. It no longer locks up but I get a weird shudder only on the highway which you can feel in the wheel and at your feet and if you tap the brake pedal it's hard like you barely tap it and the brakes apply and shake but then it randomly goes away. It only happens on the highway. When I come to a stop on normal roads it's back to normal and don't get any shudder or shake like warped rotors would cause. I recently replaced my front bearings and noticed the inside pads and wearing more then the outside pads. Just odd they don't lock up and the shudder and hard pedal only happens on the highway on my nightly commute home.

Check your pads for even wear.
If a pison gets stuck, it can cause inconsistent pressure on each side.

Look if a spring that pushes the pad away from the rotor is rusted up

Make sure the lug nuts are torqued evenly

Grease on the rotors and pads. Yes it can cause issues.
