He still has the rest of the PRO package. And when it sells the suspension he will get some of his money back..

Nice rig OP. That UCA is sexy..GLWS

I have an Off-Road and wanted a Pro but it wasn’t available (brand new) in Cement. Pro’s are packaged very nicely!

I wanted a pro, but it had options I didnt want, and didnt come with options I did want.

    Didnt want:
    Leather
    JBL
    sunroof
    Black wheels
    Hood scoop

    Did want:
    Longbed
    Inferno color

I ended up with a offroad long bed, I added the suspension, grill, shift knob, and decal kit (says offroad, not pro) All thats left is the fog lights and its a trd "pro".

You mean all thats left is the fog lights and the leather, JBL and black wheels you somehow didn't want, Tro pro headlights, taillights, trd pro skidplate, trd pro exhaust and installation of better resale value and its a trd "pro".

IDK about others, but i got a decent price on my OR, it would have been nearly $9k more for the PRO, (which i did want), but i decided I would rather use that money for things like quality seat covers, the diamondback cover, an aftermarket or trd skid, a set of the PRO fog lights if i wanted them, a good aftermarket stereo, and still have money left over for a take-off set of the fox shocks/coilovers. a lot of the other options and packages on the pro didn't matter much to me, so it just made more sense to go with the offroad in my case.

Always have someone hating. From what I can tell, and these are my prices locally, you get more then just the hood scoop and fox suspension for the price difference.

    $48k for TRD PRO
$43k for fully equipped TRD OR (leather, multi-terrain cameras, LED head lights, dual climate, the works)

    $5k of wiggle room.

    Pro Extras:
    • Front aluminum skid plate (same thickness that CBI is selling): $300
    • Cat-back exhaust: $630
    • Fox Suspension: $2,900
    • Rigid Fogs: $472
    • Hood: $900
    • Front grille: $200
    • Wheels: $800
    Total: $6,202

Doesn't seem too bad of a deal when you break it down IMO. Now, it's whether or not you "need" all of those extras. I bought a Pro and sold the suspension, wheels, tires, rear leafs, rigid fogs and the floor mats and cleared $4k.

You forgot to add in the resale of the offroad parts that would offset the cost of the pro parts

    • Front skid plate : $25
    • Cat-back exhaust: $100
    • Offroad Suspension: $250
    • OEM Fogs: $75
    • Hood: $400
    • Front grille: $80
    • Wheels: $300

    total $1230 ~ 4972 difference.

There is always a loophole. Like ive said before, If the pro came in long bed and orange, I would have one of them right now, but it was not a option :(

After owning the short bed, a long bed would be nice. And I would have preferred the cement color. Ended up with MGM instead which I really like now that I've had it for awhile.

RdJ Trucks is the brand and yes they stick about 1-1/2" further than stock. I had mine Rhyno lined as well

Some of those prices you'll never get thou. 400 for a plain hood? Reg Grill goes for 20 if you can sell it. Suspension if you can sell it. Fogs go for 40-50, basically most of your items are IF you can find a buyer.

Correct, but also the the prices listed for the pro parts are in the same bin. $900 for a sport hood wont happen, $2900 for a fox suspension wont happen. $472 for pro fogs wont happen either. Brand new pro take off suspension goes for between $1700-$2000. Sport hood is usualy a trade item, so you trade your flat hood plus ~300$ cash and get a sport hood. Pro fogs used around $350 or china knock off for $100.

Also, 2020 grills sell for stupid high prices

You couldn’t tell by the name that it’s solely about the color? Could have bought a trd or and painted it for less. Also disregard the fact that the 2021 SR is going to come in army green too I think lol
