You could paint or plastidip them instead, it would just be a little more work

Nice truck! I wanted a DCLB OR. No need for the sunroof. I had leather in my highlander but slipped around on the seats, so didn't want that in the truck. Admitted easier to clean off dog hair, I did want LED headlights but couldn't find the right package. Searched all over for voodoo blue, but did a 700-mile drive for Silver! The irony is I could have gotten two sets of chains in Colorado easily, drove back to Texas with our worst deep freeze in history. No chains to be found, so on ice day stayed home.

I'm thinking of popping off the chrome "V6" and "Tacoma" badges. Starting to think those stickers need to come off.

We got the RSI cap on, a friend for the forum popped over to by my Predator Steps as I am putting on Caliriased Rock Sliders. My wife spotted his silver OR and came out to ask "why did the cap off?" Doubleganger.

Photo after getting home. Austin, TX. Glad I had the 4x4 that week.

I think that is the perfect look!! I would not change a thing!! I love the touch of chrome!!! However YOU paid for the truck and you should do WHATEVER you want.

I too wanted Silver but they offered me an 1800 dollar discount (I think that's what it was - it's been 2 years) to take my color (Calvary Blue) and I like GREEN ($$) more than anything. I must say I like my blue now but I LOVE the silver. Enjoy and be safe.

Good thought. I plastidipped the last one. The sharp edges of the logos wore through and I never re-touched them. I did them at the same time I dipped the wheel and it was maybe 98 that day. The wheels came out amazing. Everyone thought I powder coated them. I was pretty cooked by the time I got to the badges so they didn’t receive the same care as the wheels. Meditate on this I will...
