We have developed a totally new bed rack system called the VRS (Voodoo Rail System).

    https://www.kbvoodoo.com/vrs-bed-racks

The system is tonneau compatible: https://www.kbvoodoo.com/vrs-tonneau-fitment-guide

The system can be configured in multiple ways.

You can have a simple crossbar setup:

Or you can have a 6" tall crossbar setup:

Or you can have a complete overlanding rack in 12", 18" or 22" heights:

We've also incorporated lighting into the system: https://www.kbvoodoo.com/vrs-lighting-options

And as usual we have integrated storage systems:

We even have a sweet bottle opener:

Here is a bunch of pics:

Neat. If I wanted the tent as absolutely low as possible, could a third or fourth “simple” crossbar be used to distribute the weight?

What are the VRS rails themselves made of?

Does it work with the Truxedo Pro x15?

That cover looks very compatible, you would just need to make sure it doesn't exceed the maximum width shown in our Tonneau Fitment Guide: https://www.kbvoodoo.com/vrs-tonneau-fitment-guide

The website specifies steel or aluminum crossbars. Do the side rails also change material with selection?

All components of the rack will change material depending on your selection, except for the extruded aluminum crossbars, which are always aluminum.

Initially this system was going to be all aluminum, but we decided to add a steel version for better affordability.

Any pictures or knowledge on mounting kayaks? J hooks or other set ups? Seems like it, just was wondering.

Awesome ty for the quick response. Good looking rack and system. Was the 14" rack the least popular option? Haven't looked at your guys site for a few years now! I have the old system from you guys.

The 14" is a pretty popular height for our customers, as well as the 10".

We felt that the 10" is just a little low for most people, so that's why we made a 12" option for the VRS. We also get a lot of people asking us if they can upgrade their 10" rack to a 14" or even 18".

It's only 2" higher, but visibility out the rear view mirror is significantly better with the 12" vs the 10".

Please tell me that the bottle opener can be added to an existing Modular Max rack.

I’m glad you asked, I forgot to mention that.

There is a 58” version for short beds and a 71” version for long beds.

Couldnt find anything on your site about it, everything just says "5 foot bed" unless I got to the full bed rack page (I dont want a full rack, just the rails)
