Brand new bumper for sale

Complete bumper assembly for 2016 Toyota Tacoma for sale. Color keyed white, with fog lights included. I took it off my new 2016 because I put a different bumper on it. Great condition, no damage or scratches.

Just my opinion, but you should keep the original bumper. You never know if you need it again and it'll cost you a lot more then $700 to replace it.

But that after market bumper is sweet.

 

Looks good. Like the color matched bumper look.

 

@MissTroop what tool chest is that in your bed you mind providing brand and model# looks like it fits in there pretty decent. Who did the bumper out of curiosity? How much chopping was done, if any?

 

How close of a match would you say your powdercoated(?) bumper's color is to your truck?
It looks great. I'm debating whether or not to color match my bumper.

 

The bumper is made by metaltech4x4 out of newberg Oregon. Mine is the first one ever sold for a 2016 so far and my accessories guy has made some suggestions for improvements but all in all, it is great!! The only trimming that was done is on my black fender flare, to match with the edge of the fender of my truck. That is it. The metal tech bumper is the only bumper made so far that does not require hacking of the vehicle or the stock bumper.

I had been warned numerous times that white is impossible to color match and that if I did do white, that I should have it done locally where I could physically match the color swatch with the truck in person. I took several color pamphlet books out to my truck and held them all over different parts of my truck and chose a "gloss white" (the name of that color) powder coated hammered finish. I chose hammer finish because it will cover blemishes and the shadows and texture would hide any color difference there may have been between the truck and the bumper. It turned out GREAT and so far everyone who has seen it says it's a perfect color match. I cannot see a difference and I love the hammered finish. But I love the color keyed bumper look anyway!

I second this. If you have the space, keep it. I'm trying to sell my truck right now and most people want stock.

Sweet rig. Not to hijack your sale but imo with the black fender flares just stopping at the bumper, it looks odd from the side maybe painted would help the fenders blend into the bumper, just imo. As long as you like it, that's all the matters. Free bump!

Bump for you, but I got to say that new bumper is awesome. I had to look three times before I spotted the upper hoop/loop as it blends in so well.

 

Do you have the original bumper, I drove my TRD off the lot and the next day a lady was flying a kite the big kind with wire type string and the string was going across the road and a truck on the left was stopped so I thought well its just kite string and I sped up and thought I'de snap it but instead it caught around my front wheel and spun the wire around a like a razor burn, zipped across the front end and gouged a line deep in the bumper.

So I want to buy yours if you still have it!
