Decent price for the lot OP! All this is just under $200 new. Looks like it comes with Everything you need minus 1/2 quart of diff oil.

i just installed my ECGS Bushing. Made a WORLD of difference, I highly suggest this kit to anyone looking at this thread. Especially guys that are getting the pulsating vibrations. This will stop it completely.

Pardon the ignorance, but what exactly is this?

 

It's a direct replacement for the factory needle Bering on the drivers side. Where the cv slides into the diff. If you go under your truck you'll find that the drivers side cv has play in it at the diff, this Bering supposedly corrects that and eliminates any noise you may get from installing a lift kit
