op, I would suggest taking them back. there is no way they should sit like that. they should NOT charge a restocking fee. thats BS. they can't sell those as new stock springs. the are simply "axle holder-in-placers" if they are that flat unloaded. I have gone through 3 spring packs before i settled on my current ones.

so it looks like I will be buying them on Amazon.

I ordered them from Toyotec on Monday, and they said they would be here by Thursday or Friday at least. So I call today because I wanted to get my truck up and running this weekend, and I hadn't recieved the springs yet. They tell me that they are back ordered on the bushings and wont get them till next week even though I made a point to make sure to ask if they had them in stock on Monday when I called. So I told them I could get the bushings off Amazon if they could overnight me the springs so I could get my truck off blocks, and since they told me they would be here yesterday or today.

The gentlemen I spoke to talked to his manager and I guess he said "we would barely break even if we overnight them" (which I thought they should just be glad they broke even, at least they could redeem me as a costumer as I have purchased from them before.) needless to say I canceled my order.

overall I'm disappointed by Toyotec (yes I know many people here swear by them and love there customer service) and I will not be shopping from them any more.

sorry for the rant I'm just upset as my truck has been sitting on blocks for weeks now due to product and shipping errors.

but yeah its a better deal on amazon anyway. Free shipping. I just want to drive my truck again :(
