There is a special relay that engages and sets the truck on fire when the following symptoms occur simultaneously:

    - the crappy transmission can't decide what it wants to do
    - the diff oil is low
    - the transmission oil is low
    - the sun roof leaks
    - the hood skin starts separating from the bracing
    - the pressure vents behind the back seat start howling
    - the rear window rattles
    - the wind noise becomes unbearable
    - vibrations in the drivetrain

... and the truck starts to look pretty to you. :smack:

It's Toyotas way off passing it all off on to your insurance.

Because long term carcinogenic effects are totally nonexistent, right? Mesothelioma is from people being being pussies, not a real condition, right? Oil based chemicals totally have no carcinogens in them. And this is guy totally will only ever respond to one car fire in his life.

In all seriousness just stop, you don't have a clue what you're talking about when it comes to dangers posed by car fires.

Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.

Intelligence isn't your strong suit is it? You directly mocked a post giving people the best and safest advice for dealing with a fire in the engine compartment. I have years of training an experience dealing with it, but to someone who doesn't know me that doesn't mean a thing. I posted sources explaining what I posted to back what I said.

As usual, your posts aren't worth the bandwidth they waste.

How many car fires have you fought in your life again? How many structure fires? How many years in fire service do you have? Maybe you work for a lab researching car fires?
