brand new Tacoma with light screech noise when driving bumpy roads

    Less than 2k miles Tacoma sport. Can only hear it go over bumps and windows down. Sounds like coming from left side, most likely rear.

    Any pointers for checking root cause?

    No extended warranty...

    It sounds like you just bought it not too long ago. Go to the dealer and have them diagnose. It should still be under their 3yr/36k mi basic warranty.

    Maybe dirt in your leaf springs, almost all will make some kind of noise.
