SOLD Brand New TRD Supercharger

This may be the last new TRD supercharger for the 4.0 in existence. Comes with everything to install. Asking $7000. And before anyone chimes in, yes, I know you can get a brand new magnuson for 6400-ish, I am aware. But for what this is, I don’t think that I have it priced unreasonably (forgive the double negative).

I am currently in the process of installing a used TRD supercharger on my truck, so I need to cut this new one loose. There is kind of a long story to how I wound up with 2, but I won’t bore you with it.

I’m located in SE Michigan, north of Detroit. If anyone wants to make the trip out, I can work with both the Detroit airport (bigger, more flights) or the Flint airport (closer, less busy), I’m basically in between the two. Shipping method and cost is the responsibility of the buyer. But if it were me, I would consider a flight and then check it on the return flight. Plus, this is generally a great time of year to visit Michigan! I can do video or phone calls most evenings, just DM me and we can set up a time to chat. Thanks everyone!

Just Curious, how long does it take to install a Supercharger? I bet it would cost close to $1,500 at the dealer.

I bet it’d be difficult to find a dealer who would do it. Most private installs I’ve seen do it over 2 days, but I think Magnuson claims you can do it in 1. The instructions are very explicitly on what to do, plus I imagine there is a YouTube video if you want to go that route. There is also the supercharged thread on here that can help with anything if you get stuck.

I’m planning on a 2 day install for mine when I get all the parts/updates that I need collected, hopefully by the end of the summer.

You should buy this one and let me know how long it takes you

 

Just SC, I’ve done em in bout 10hrs. Add additional things like cam gears, fuel pump, ect, yeah, take 2 days

@DOUBLLD swapped from one truck to mine (and the same when i sold it) in a few hours. I don't know the exact number though.

 

Typically takes me about 5 hours to install a super charger.
