I plan on changing it every 5000 anyway.
One thing I did notice was that my oil was slightly over filled from the factory when I checked it last week. I let it go figured if they did it things would be ok and if not I have a warranty.

Drive under 4000 rpms for the 500 miles, drive at intermitted speeds, no towing and no harsh braking.
That's about all you need to do for most autos and light trucks. Basically just practice good common sense.

I wait for oil temp to fully warm up and then do 10 or so red line runs on all my new vehicles.

I know when I bought my 15 new it was a 4 hour highway drive and def was going 80 at times lol no issues. I know my MX bike I always had to heat cycle to seat rings.

So when you change pads and rotors they say you’re supposed to bed the pads in a certain way, what is it, 3 or 4 pretty stiff stops from 50 down to 10 mph?

But on a brand new vehicle they never mention bedding in new pads. Do they come already broken-in?
