    If you're really paranoid, the best thing to do is send your oil sample into Blackstone. Money well spent and cheaper than an oil change.

    Stock and staying that way
    I bought the Toyota oil and filter. Enough for 2 oil changes. Changed it at 3,981 miles, then let the dealer do the 10k & 20k. I'll do the 30k, and stick to the 10k interval until I sell the truck. I probably won't benefit from the extra change, but maybe a future owner will. Probably not, but I've always been good about maintaining vehicles.
