Breezer Window Question

So my 2015 Tacoma back window broke, and I bought one from breezerwindows.com
When I received the item, it did not fit. We emailed each other, and they said they made a mistake and sent me a 2005 window. I spoke to a guy on the phone, and he said he would email me a UPS shipping label that is insured for $500 dollars, so I can send it back. Now, I just read the email, and he said he wants me to insure the package for $500. Does that sound right?
If they made the mistake of sending me the wrong item, shouldn't they be the one to insured it?

 

What I'm curious about is why the window didn't fit. I thought '04-'15 would have been interchangeable.

As far as insuring, when receive the return authorization, just ask the UPS guy to scan and verify the insurance is already included. It should be. It may just be a misunderstanding.

 

Okay, I was ignorant of the fedex account number and shipping charges. Anyways sent the window back. Waiting on refund. Will update.
