Idle afr varies but is around 13-15:1
I'm gonna try some other Xguage codes to see if I can get stft running

I just checked on this thread, and all I can say is what the hell LOL. I made a couple wiring mistake initially but once they were sorted the tuning was damn easy. Cheap ass 550s run like stock. Maybe I can screenshot my tables for you, so you at least have a clue what's going on here. I did not touch my MAF tables, and you don't need to either. o2 offset and injector values are all you need to worry about. I didn't even pull timing for only 9psi.

Also, yes you HAVE to be able to see live STFT values to be able to do this. I bought a cheap $20 android phone and a bluetooth dongle with the torque app. It does everything.

Zero out your MAF. All your injector values should be the same (for instance like -60, or whatever) in all vacuum areas. You'll use your live reader to monitor the STFT and keep adjusting until it oscillates around 0.

Then you can start adding fuel (-55, for example) around -1 and 0 vacuum, and add more fuel in the boost areas. Keep in mind your tables are in PSIG, so 14.7 (you actually need to know your elevation to figure this exactly) is really 0 on your boost gauge. 15.7 will be 1psi on your boost gauge. 13.7 will be -1 on the boost gauge etc etc, but I'm hoping you already knew that.

Once that's all done, and only then start manually inputting your o2 sensor voltages in the portions you've added any fuel above stoich. And again, monitor the STFT while in boost and adjust to get them close to zero.

The base map the FIC creates should be reasonably close.

None of this means a damn if your wiring is FUBAR tho.

Yes I understand the psia thing lol, I'll zero out the MAF and see what I can make happen from there, my non boost fuel is -55% atm because that's where the AEM put it. I'll update y'all on anything i manage to make happen after school :D

Until then, thank you all for your input! I really do appreciate the support! :D I hope this can get sorted today...then again I said that yesterday...

Ok Im gonna reverse the In and Out on my MAF signal and see what the deal is, Tap the AEM AFR gauge and see what happens. Without MAF values I have to add fuel below atmo for it to idle at all...strange, So right now I'm assuming the MAF is the culprit. We'll see.

    Intake, exhaust, lift. Typical stuff.
Before you go ape shit on your wiring, put the stock injectors back in and try again.

Well that's a bit too late lol. It runs really well, but it's stuck in open loop for some reason and is running a MAF code (P0100) so I guess it was wired correctly before, however it ran like crap sooooo idk.

I'm not having trouble adjusting fuel so why would I put the stockers back in? It seems to respond to fuel change perfectly... I'm gonna switch the MAF wiring back and see what happens. Maybe the AFR gauge changed something.

I'll wait like 10 mins this time though haha:D

Ok so I wired in the AFR gauge and re-reversed the MAF wiring and now everything seems to idle all nice and rev up to 2k nicely...Gonna go on a test drive and see what happens :D

    Running good!!:yay::woot:

Needs some o2 tuning, but for now its running great for 5psi!

I need to redo the timing map and wire in a 2k or 2.2k resistor as it still stutters a bit when you get on it, but not nearly as bad as having been tied to a tree sorta stuttering lol

Needless to say I'm very happy its working properly. Boost AFR's wander but are around 12.0-11.5 or so :D

that actually looks really harsh... I take it you went with the more extreme of the two drill size options they recommend? I've been eyeballing that kit for a long time-- I'm looking for the happy medium where it doesn't mess up my ride quality/ daily driving during regular driving, but doesn't allow my tranny to self destruct during WOT pulls (currently have to let off when the AT goes to shift).

I'd say it's much better for the trans than the stock valve body. You can either drill for tow or hotrod. I went for hotrod, and it broke in quite nicely, not as harsh as the beginning but still much much much firmer than stock. It's a good kit and has good instructions, and I'd recommend it. After about 8k or so on the kit the trans fluid is still crystal clear.

I haven't found anything bad on that kit, and the price is amazing. Here is to hoping the tow setting is more tame- I have to do something haha.

Lol yeah, I'm sure its more tame, the drill bit size is noticeable on some of the holes :D I hope the install goes well! Remember to order the gaskets as well, I bought mine straight from transgo

Just to be clear, you wired in the AFR sensor from your gauge, correct?

I am very happy that you've started to get it running well. Now just to fine tune and tweak the maps.
