If you order that kit it has both, but I'll warn you, you gotta follow the instructions and make sure you do everything correctly or you'll be doing a very tedious process twice (me) and it sucks. I was able to manipulate a 16 ton press to make everything go together though.

Well I finished most of the drivers side stuff Sunday (waiting on pwr steering rack boots) and I did the upper CA bushings on the passenger side today. I probably won't get a chance to finish til this Friday though, if you wanted to come and help :D. It would also give you the chance to see our shop. the lower control arm bushings are the worst since they have the most rubber to cook and you have to mark camber/caster. A full alignment will be needed afterwards :D

Thanks for posting those links. I have been looking for some endlinks for a while. I didn't even think about RockAuto. One of my links has been missing a bolt for like 3 years now.

lmao it took me over a year to pull the trigger but i have my turbo and headers ordered to start my build.

    couple questions.
what exact plugs are you using?

did the cx oil line kit come with a 90* for the drain (i tapped my pan near the front rather than side)

is the od of throttle body 3"?

il probably be looking this and others threads for reference when i get it.

I used NKG V-power plugs gapped to .028 (still holding that gap)

I used my own oil feed and drain setup so im not sure what the CX kit comes with (@StAndrew )

And the 5vz throttle body is 2.75". 3" or 2.5" IC piping will work, just make sure you can buy appropriate adapters. I just used 2.5" off the turbo

what temp did you go with.

i didn't order the full cx kit. i ordered the headers, 5vz oil line kit, and a turbo from them. i pieced together my own 2.5" intercooler setup. i order 2.5 to 3" silicone adapters. il give these a try first i guess.

thanks. hoping i can get everything together in one weekend before i leave for work again.

im installing body mounts at the same time so the body will be raised a few inches which should make installing the headers a whole lot easier. I have the drain bung already welded when i resealed base pan. low boost and meth injection should get me around. not wiring in the piggyback until i source a 97 ecu.

Together in one weekend? And running? I'll give you my truck if that works out lol. Body mounts was a one weekend job for me when I did them, and the turbo stuff took me a full week in the summer. I wish you the best of luck, and dont forget to drop your starter on the passenger side to tighten down the manifold bolts :D

4x4 with a 2x4 here, to disperse the load on that pinch.

I've been looking for a daily for awhile now, and after seeing porsches and other non toyota stuff...I think I'm gonna stay with something familiar.

    Intake, exhaust, lift. Typical stuff.
The CX kit oil return is crap. I found also that it was hard to clock the turbo how I wanted it as a 10an return was to big and hitting the turbo flange. I found an 8an hose and adapter and that was better.

The TB is a bit bigger than 2.75. It's a really tight fit.

Ok so my wheel hop is incredibly bad.

In an effort to test what would happen, I flipped my overload leaf :luvya:. Lifted the rear like 2-1/4" - not ideal but I have deemed it temporary.

I also don't see much room under there for a traction bar...

I'm considering using the icon 1.5" aal without the overload and maybe minus an OEM leaf to see what happens with the hop, although it seems a traction bar may be the only fix.

    Any suggestions? @Torspd
