I am sure that you will be able to do some out there. If you get stuck, looks like you have some good tow points setup. I plan on running in 2 wheel most of the time, and swtich in to 4x if I need it.

I'm bailing early because of the TCU game in Fort Worth. Tailgating is a MUST and of course the truck will be brought...mud and all!

it cost me like 9 bucks for both parts at the dealer. like 4 bucks for the hose and 1.50 for the hose clamps.

I did mine last night. I with the breather would have been the same size as the union, that would have made it a lot easier to get it in the tube

Yeah I noticed that too. The breather is a touch smaller. But at least the larger of the two pieces is the one that's made from metal so I wont break it.

my breather was plastic and my union was metal.

when I undid the stock breather it let out a lot of pressure, hissed out air for just a min

you could call and ask, but it's always easier to beg for forgiveness than to ask for permisson. I think you'll be fine.

They may not even check id's.
I'm looking forward to Saturday. In getting ready, and waiting till the last minute. Tomorrow I am gonna be in search of jack stands that are tall enough for my truck. I have to put a bit more lift back on my truck tomorrow before heading out.

Sorry to get off topic but would a cb antenna get reception if it is laying across the back window right behind the rear head rests?

It may get enough signal for as close as we'll e to each other. Guess there's one way to find out.

Finally getting the sliders on? That'll be cool. Leave Barr metal, should be fine. I have spot on mine where the paint got scraped off last time, as I haven't touched em up yet. Luckily no rust yet.
