I did some research on Bridgestone Dulelers HT'S after I purchashed my truck in October and the reviews were not as good as I expected. I was ready to switch over to the Michelin LTX MS2 but was a little short on cash due to the holidays. So after torrential downpours and snow up to a foot here in the northeast (leaving ice out of the picture), I'm happy with these tires. They have excellent traction and hug the road nicely! I did add a leer cap and do carry a couple hundred pounds of tools in the bed.

I would take them any day over the Dunlops.

Most new vehicle tires are meant for a quiet ride and fuel economy. They all are generally low tread life number sometimes less tread depth as well.

They aren't as bad as people make them out to be. My buddy's had them on his 89 Chevy forever. Never caused him a problem, and wore pretty well.
