I was recently referred to the “Bright Box” module via another member here, @G.T. and decided to purchase one for myself so I didn’t have to tap the fog light relay and blah blah blah. Mainly bought it because I live in deer country and I like the idea of my Rigid fogs being on while my high beams are on.l, really would light up the road.

Anyways, I bought the bright box and installed (takes all of 5-7 minutes)
Drove this morning to work, well worth the purchase. Turn on high beams, fogs light up. Works just fine with the auto on and off feature that is incorporated into some of the newer trucks.

If you purchase use promo code “tacomaworld” to receive 10% off.

One of my favorite mods. Right behind the @ImMrYo rearview mirror riser.

I’ve been kicking this around, looks like you have a 2nd gen, any issue with bulbs prematurely burning out by having both H4 elements lit at the same time?

I was worried about it but I haven’t seen it. I always use the glass wand at the servo on them to get the bugs off and have seen no fading or heat spots either. I bought mine in 2012 and have been running it without issue. On second set of headlamp bulbs as of 2017.
