I use Phillips X-Treme Vision H4's. Much better than stock. Going strong for 2 years now.

“Brightest” and whitest are are two different things. But if you want a nice compromise, the Philips Xtreme Vision +100 is a 400 hour bulb and is a nice upgrade over stock.

The GE Megalight +130 is a little brighter and whiter but will only give you about 150 hours of service.

I say this assuming you’re asking about a simple plug and play solution for H11 low beams.

Best performing low beam stock wattage H4 is the Philips Racing Vision +150, though the blue coating over the high beam reduces high beam performance. Best bulb without reduced high beam performance is the GE Xenon +120. You can check the color temps vs output referenced in the earlier thread. If you want whiter than those, you’ll need a fully coated bulb, which will be lower performance.

There’s a Philips +30 H4 on Amazon for like $4.97 per bulb. Hard to beat the price. Non-blue coated. I can’t comment on the performance, but I’m almost certain they’d be a step up from stock. And it’ll last much longer than the others Crash mentioned above (though not nearly as bright). But for the price, I’d certainly give them a shot.
