Yea I know the feeling! Me and the lady are about to move to Vernon.. buy a 1 bedroom condo in the LMD or a house up there!

 

Real estate is something else. I don’t what I would have done if I hadn’t bought something years ago.

if you can grab a house in Vernon … DO IT!

Ive got a friend who bought a place in Pronce George 3bd house for 750K.

 

I'll be moving to Chilliwack in a few weeks. Sadly without my Tacoma but hoping to bring it up later in the year or order a '22.

 

Well… welcome… that 2022 sounds pretty damn good.

 

Every time the price of gas goes down 14 cents right before a big holiday weekend… I feel like a participant in a radio competition where you have to stop the music at the right time to win money… if you wait to long, you lose the money.

So yesterday I filled up at 160.9 and I suspect it sky rocket for the labour day weekend is coming.

Either way I didn’t spend as much as my last full.

 

And today it’s 154.9. Typical.

nice where about in Vernon? back in 06 parents bought a rancher off of okanagan landing road, behind the airport. I believe they still have it rented out. It is a very beautiful place. When I was applying for jobs for the last 5 years! I would apply to places like vernon, invermere etc. but my employment/career is highly pick and choose by management so couldn't catch a break till last year and landed a position here in the Lower Mainland.

As for 1 bedroom condo's; we have one 2 yr old and another kid on the way; gf/myself and parents are very much against strata's so we would rather buy a beat to shit home somewhere and go that route. I am hoping once this job stabilizes a bit and I am about 6/10 months into this lease I can recover financial enough to start looking at mortgages.

ahahha gas wars; mainly with your self about when to fill up. I have been going to Canco & the Chevrons; got 3/4 tank at 147.9 ! Canco

Right off Kinkora golf course. My girlfriend bought it just before things got really crazy last May.

Is anyone actually surprised that a bunch of University students are busy partying before the start of school at UVIC?

Typical Tuesday around the lower mainland. He/she just didn't commit to the obstacle, more throttle and they would have cleared it.
