Love being back in a MT. Been while. Last one was an '87 4Runner I got rid of back in 2006 or so. Wish I'd kept it and done the bit of work it needed....

Yeah i love MTs, wont drive anything else.

Might i interest you in the ADM and 2WD low mod, awesome mods for a MT tacoma:)

The clutch always felt spongy/unpredictable to me and the reverse is very tall, even backing up the hill when empty. But then again some people are totally happy with stock set up.

Those are both on my list for sure! The list is getting long......need to wait it out a bit before I start adding stuff, otherwise I'll have to change my profile pic to something similar to yours...although those are the kinds of the things the wife wouldn't really notice...

If it makes you feel better I've seen grad spray paint from the 80s and 90s and older folks littering and trashing the backcountry. Disrespect doesn't know a specific generation, just a specific kind of person - think city people or simply people who don't value the outdoors as much as others do.

After an extremely long wait, likely due to Covid-19 my Cap-It Bulldog HR canopy arrived paint matched in excellent shape. Extra tall windows at the back, cap height windows in the front, height gain between the bump after the cab and tail end, sliding windows with screens and I opted for a solid front window because I didn't need it. Seems like great quality. Paint match is spot on in cold sunrise light but slightly off in full light. That being said my truck is going on four years old. Taxes all in plus installation and install supplies at Cap-It cost $2,950.00 CAD (2,499.00 before taxes)

Edit: first day impressions are massive fuel economy gain, almost 3L/100km less.

    Interior measurements as follows:
    Height at cab bump: 109cm/43"
    Height at tail end: 119cm/47"
    Door clearance: 108cm/42.5"
    Tall windows are 48cm/19" tall

With the weather looking good this weekend I think I am going to do the Clinton - Big Bar Ferry - Lillooet route. Should be some epic scenery.
Hope to get some good pictures.

I actually got snowed out when I hit the junction of Jesmond road and High bar road going from the Clinton side, I was on my own and it wasn't plowed and minus 8. So I turned around and headed down to Cache creek and checked out Cornwall lookout.

On the 7th of Nov it was very light, some sections of ice and snow in the shade. lots of traffic that day on it with it being a blue sky sunshine day.

Checking in from Vancouver - relatively new Tacoma Sport owner (needed that MT without the Pro price!). Still hunting for late fall opportunities for exploration...
