The best part about it is @Diablo169 actually knows wtf he's doing while he's bro'ing it out.

Or I just throw left over money from my auto refi loan at it, and hope for the best.

Skid plate is almost done, just watching paint dry at this point.

Fit is perfect, all 8 bolts go in by hands nothing is binding or warped.

Idea was to get as much clearance as possible. Also, now the Front and Rear Drop Brackets are solidly mounted together. I should be able to nose dive this thing and not tweak the frame or anything. I'd say this is about as strong as you can build a DP Suspension.

I'd say this is a 3 Rockstar project.

    All tac'd ready for welding.

    Engine side.

    Ground side.

    All welded and cleaned up.

In the rear I'm only loosing about 2 1/2" of clearance with the Drop Brackets, not bad for 4 1/2"s of lift and near flat CV Angle.

Front, I think I loose a little more.

My super fancy paint booth. Hit it with some Rustoleum Primer, and then some Duplicolor Bed Armor. It has Kevlar so you know it's good.

i know you already painted and maybe the angle in picture is bad but is there anywhere to add a drain hole. Don't want water collecting in there.

Yeah I need to add a drain hole, and an opening to drain the oil. I ordered a Fumoto Valve to make draining the oil easier, that way I won't have to pull the skid plates. I'll get that done tomorrow, and then hit it with some paint.

I guess these things are pretty stout, all positive reviews. 170 reviews on Amazon and 5-Stars

Skid Plate is done, I guess you call it a Mid Plate? Also got a call, Ray-10's are in :broccoli:

Fit is perfect. All bolts were able to be tightened by hand :bananadance:

Mad clearance for a sixer of Hardy M's.

I was going to brace the back of the RC Skid plate with some 1"x1" x .120 tubing, but the Sway Bar is too close. I think I'm going to just plate the front with some 3/16" Plate. I'm worried that if I hit a curb hard enough it might deform and pull the frame/ suspension.

I don't think I ever posted a pic of the Front Pinion clearance with Cross Member trimmed. About 3/8" on bottom and side, maybe a little more.

He goes back to work on Tuesday. I've contemplated beating him to it, but after I was walked out of his office for sucking at my internship, I might not be welcomed back.

I'm sweating it bro, cause he's been pretty chill this past week.

Just tell him you got your swole on at the gym listening to Luke Bryan and shit, and you had a brilliant idea for an April's fools joke, but it got delivered to early.

Good point, you can never have to many skid plates. If I remember right Total Chaos has A-Arm Skids that protect the Cam Bolts.

    This guy gets it.
