Hi everyone, I am new posting here.

I was just changing my spark plugs in my 2003 Tacoma V6. I was putting the first engine coil back on, and BROKE the bolt. Thank God I was able to get the broken half out of the engine, but I have no clue where I can find a replacement bolt. Any ideas ? It's a 10mm bolt.

    Thanks!

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
Any decent hardware store should have them. I'd buy stainless ones (so it won't rust and looks pretty for a long time)

Okay, I'll check out Home Depot tomorrow.

I tightened that little bastard to 69 FOOT pounds of torque instead of inch pounds haha.

you can get it at any auto parts store, too. BTW-- don't confuse the head size (10mm) with the bolt size. if a bot has a 10mm head, then it's probably a 6mm bolt. take one of the others in with you to make sure you get the right thread pitch, too.

They only cost 1 dollar at home depot. It was M6-1.0x20mm bolts. Thanks for the help guys!

Glad I found this post, because I did this exact thing. Only difference I would add is that for my 2.7L 4cyl I had to replace the bolt with the same measurements you have here, except I had to use 25mm instead of 20mm length. The 20mm is the measurement of the stock bolt, but when I bought a new 20mm, the threads would not hold. 25mm bolt was perfect. Hope this helps someone in the future...
