broke the tip off my valve stem, curious on best way to replace this having a tpms sensor behind it

    6inch lift sitting on bilstein coilovers. Lexus is300 studs in front to keep stock wheels, general grabber red letters, nfab front bumper.
    A lot of aftermarket tpm sensors I use every day are rebuildable. Some oem ones are a single piece and if you break the stem you are shit out of luck. The rubber one as previously posted is usually only found in GM products. A sensor stem that is made out of aluminum must be replaced if damaged. They do make aftermarket sensors for our toyotas with the rubber “GM” style valve stems that secure the sensor via a small torx screw. I’ve put them in a few Toyota trucks myself.

    Thanks guys. I am actually really curious about this valve core replacement. Seems like it would be something handy to have in a pinch...sure would have been nice to have this weekend.

    LOLOLOLOLOL! Just got off the phone with dealer service. The entire sensor unit DOES require replacement as stated above. Unit is $96. Service is $199. I will be ordering the ken-tool kit and trying that first.
