My rear passenger seat wont stay folded up. The latch locks it down but won't lock in the folded position. Any idea what is going on?

First month of ownership... This month I'm removing front air dam, and also Rhino lining the bed.
Can you take some pictures of the rear seats, especially the latch assembly both on the seat and the truck.

The thing is that Toyota apparently has several variations and versions of the rear seats in access cabs. I've seen 3-4 different ones. Unsure why, if it was different years, or option packages, or even different markets (geographical regions within the US). Anyway, there are several very different designs and it'll help to know which hone you have. If I recognize it maybe I'll have a suggestion for you?
